Fees & Guidelines

The rental fee for weddings and evening events at West Loop Studio is $3,500. During the week, daytime meeting space rental at West Loop Studio is $2,500. These fees are for a ten hour period, from set up to break-down and exit. If additional time beyond the ten hours is needed, the rate is $200 per hour.

A fifty percent deposit is required to hold the space. The remaining balance and a $500 security deposit are due within one week of your event. The security deposit will be returned no later than one week after your event, pending no damages.

Our maximum capacity for a sit down dinner is between 100 - 120 people. The maximum for a cocktail reception or party is 200 people. We can do partial seating for events 100 - 170 people. Partial seating usually includes food stations, seating for approximately one third of the guests, mixed with cocktail highboy tables, and small seating ares. We have a collection of mid-century furniture that is available at no extra cost. Ceremony area and a dance area are always included in the space as well.

If alcohol will be served at the event, the catering staff must serve the beverages. Cash bars are not permitted.

DJ or live music must stop by midnight, surround sound may remain on until 1am. Everyone, including the caterers, must be gone by 2am.
